We refer to our earlier announcement dated 20 November 2023 in relation to the member’s voluntary winding-up of CCM Investments Limited ("CCMIL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Batu Kawan Berhad.

Further thereto, we wish to announce that the Certificate of Dissolution has been received on 25 January 2024 from the Registrar of Corporate Affairs of the British Virgin Islands that CCMIL was dissolved on 10 January 2024.
