The Board of Directors of Edelteq wishes to announce that the Company had on 19 January 2024 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Halo Technologies Sdn Bhd (“HTSB”) for the proposed joint venture (“JV”) in relation to setting up a business involved in semiconductor design, manufacturing, and sale of Substrate Automatic Optical Inspection ("AOI") System (Raptor 2 series, excluding Wafer AOI system).
