The Board of Directors of BABA wishes to announce that WYNCORP Advisory Sdn Bhd (“WYNCORP”) will cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 15 January 2024 as the Company successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby BABA must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. BABA was listed on 22 July 2019.
