The Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Siab (M) Sdn Bhd, had accepted a Letter of Award dated 12 January 2024 (“LOA”) awarded by Mahsuri Food Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 201701008484 (1222649W)], for the proposed construction of a processing factory on Lot 61319 (PT1148) Kawasan Perindustrian Teknologi 2, Bandar Baru Enstek, Daerah Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus for a total contract sum of RM94,283,000.00 only.
