COMPULSORY ACQUISITION OF A PORTION OF LAND HELD UNDER H.S.(D) 166444, NO. PT 85119, MUKIM KAPAR, DAERAH KLANG, NEGERI SELANGOR

Reference is made to the announcement dated 10 January 2024 in relation to the Compulsory Disposal (as defined). All definitions in this announcement, unless otherwise stated, shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement dated 10 January 2024.


The Board of Directors (“Board”) of LSH wishes to announce that the details of the information on Affected Land as disclosed under Section 2.1 of the announcement under the heading of "Details of the Compulsory Disposal" should be as follows instead of as disclosed previously:

 

2.1  Information on Affected Land

The Ferronet Land was acquired by Ferronet in year 2020 and it was part of the land formerly known and held under Geran 95843, Lot 93, Mukim of Klang, District of Klang, in the State of Selangor. The purchase of land was only completed in 2022. The land acquired was subsequently sub-divided in year 2022 into individual title details  with Ferronet Land’s information as appended below:
