On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ygl, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 11 January 2024, resolved to grant Ygl an extension of time of six (6) months from 3 January 2024 until 2 July 2024 for the Company to implement the Private Placement.
