ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2020/2025 OF AT SYSTEMATIZATION BERHAD ("ATS" OR THE "COMPANY") ("WARRANTS C") AS SPECIFIED IN THE DEED POLL DATED 26 FEBRUARY 2020 ("DEED POLL C") PURSUANT TO THE CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 30 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN ATS ("ATS SHARES" OR "SHARES") INTO 1 ATS SHARE ("CONSOLIDATED SHARE") HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 11 JANUARY 2024 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("SHARE CONSOLIDATION") ("ADJUSTMENTS")
Pursuant to the Adjustments, (i) the existing exercise price of Warrants C of RM0.035 each will be revised to RM1.05 each; and (ii) the existing number of 469,053,650 Warrants C as at the Entitlement Date will be adjusted into 15,634,256 Warrants C (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Adjustments) which will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 January 2024, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll C, the Adjustments will take effect from 12 January 2024. The notice to the holders of Warrants C (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 11 January 2024.
