We refer to the announcement dated 4 January 2024 in relation to the Company’s application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time to issue its circular and independent advice letter to the shareholders of the Company for the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 9 January 2024 resolved to grant an extension of time from 6 January 2024 until 16 January 2024 to comply with paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements in relation to the issuance of the circular and independent advice letter .
