The Board of Directors of Ta Win is pleased to announce that Cyprium Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“Cyprium Capital”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ta Win had on 5 January 2024, entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with Ningbo Kibor Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. (“Ningbo Kibor”) to formalize their relationship in a joint venture company for a collaboration in the business of manufacturing, sales and distribution of solar cable, tinned coated wire and other cable wire products, including but not limited to, the products utilising the E-Beam Plant of Cyprium Wire Technology Sdn. Bhd., a 66% subsidiary of Cyprium Capital, which in turn of a subsidiary of the Company.
