Reference is made to the announcements on 18 August, 7 October, 15 November, 23 December, 27 and 29 December 2022, 10 and 20 January, 17 February, 9 and 15 March, 20 April, 3 and 5 July 2023 by the Company in relation to the above matters. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Teknoserv and JAKS and KACC have completed their out of court settlement in relation to the dispute arisen and all the legal proceedings executed in connection to the project known as “PAKEJ D43 – Pembinaan Rangkaian Paip Pembetungan dan Rationalisasi Loji Rawatan Kumbahan Kawasan Di Batu, Jinjang-Kepong, Kuala Lumpur (Reka & Bina)”.
