The Board of Directors of the Company had on 21 December 2023 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 October 2023 to 30 April 2024. The next financial year will be commencing from 1 November 2022 to 30 April 2024, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial year shall end on 30 April annually. The change of financial year end is for better financial resources management. |
