Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 2 August 2023, 1 September 2022, 6 September 2022, 30 September 2022, 21 November 2022, 20 April 2023, 26 July 2023 and 20 December 2023, circular to shareholders dated 30 November 2022 in relation to, amongst others, the Rights Issue with Warrants (“Circular”) and outcome of extraordinary general meeting dated 22 December 2022. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, the Company wishes to announce that Malacca Securities had resigned as the Principal Adviser for the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants effective today. As such, the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants expired on 20 December 2023 is therefore lapsed.
