We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 31 October 2022 (“First Announcement”) and the subsequent announcements in relation to the Company being classified as a PN17 Issuer pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements (collectively referred to as “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of AMRB, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities”) wishes to announce that AMRB and Mercury Securities have mutually agreed to terminate Mercury Securities’ services as the Principal Adviser to the Company for the regularisation plan with effect from 27 December 2023.
