The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 17 May 2023, 31 May 2023, 9 June 2023, 13 June 2023, 12 September 2023, 24 November 2023, 5 December 2023 and 6 December 2023 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 15 December 2023, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months from 13 December 2023 to 12 June 2024 to complete the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement.
