Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, REDtone wishes to inform that the aggregate purchase consideration of quoted securities acquired by REDtone, within the preceding twelve (12) months which has not been announced, has exceeded 5% of REDtone’s latest audited consolidated net assets as at 30 June 2023, details of which are set out below:-

Aggregate purchase consideration: RM13,774,758

Percentage of REDtone’s latest audited consolidated net assets: 5.43%
