Hong Leong Industries Berhad (“HLI” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that it has on 11 December 2023 entered into a share sale letter agreement (“SSA”) with GuoLine International Limited (“GIL”) for the disposal by HLI to GIL of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of HLI Trading Limited (“HLIT”) (“Sale Shares”) for a cash consideration of USD7,770,021 (equivalent to RM36,219,954 as at 30 November 2023) (“Purchase Price”) (“Disposal of HLIT”).
The Disposal of HLIT was completed on the same day.
