The Liquidator wishes to update shareholders that in relation to Raintree’s Motion, the Court has directed parties to file written submissions before 23 February 2024. The Court has further fixed the Motion for case management on 26 February 2024, to ensure all cause papers are in order before the hearing on 11 March 2024.
