Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements dated 8 December 2020, 30 April 2021, 25 May 2021, 18 August 2021, 25 November 2021, 25 February 2022, 24 May 2022, 23 August 2022, 22 November 2022, 28 February 2023, 29 May 2023, 28 August 2023 and 27 November 2023.
The Board Directors of the Company wishes to announce that as no formal agreement has been entered between the parties on or before 8 December 2023, the MOU has then lapsed and ceased to have any effect.
Upon the expiry of the MOU, neither party shall have any claim against the other.
The expiry of the MOU is not expected to have any material financial impact to GDEX.
