Jadi Imaging Holdings Berhad (“Jadi” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Jadi Imaging Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter be referred to as “JITSB” or the “Vendor”) has on 1 December 2023 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (hereinafter be referred to as “Agreement”) with TT dotCom Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 197901008085 [52371-A] (hereinafter be referred to as “TTDC” or the “Purchaser”) for the disposal of a property as further defined in Section 4 of this announcement (hereinafter be referred to as “Property”), for a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Eighteen Million Five Hundred Thousand (RM18,500,000-00) only (hereinafter be referred to as “Purchase Price”), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement (hereinafter be referred to as “Proposed Disposal of Property”).
