Further to GENM’s announcement made on 31 October 2023, GENM wishes to announce that the liquidator of Orient Star International Limited (“OSIL”) had on 28 November 2023 held the final general meeting to conclude the member’s voluntary liquidation and OSIL was dissolved pursuant to Section 213(3) of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda.
As such, OSIL ceased to be a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of GENM on 28 November 2023.
