Further to the announcement dated 22 November 2023 (reference no. GA1-22112023-00079), the Board of Directors of Astramina Group Berhad ("ASTRA" or "Company") wishes to announce that the appointment of Ong & Wong Chartered Accountants (AF0241) as Auditors of the Company has been finalised and confirmed upon the receipt of the letter of consent to act from the new Auditor on 30 November 2023.
