On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the SC had vide its letter dated 28 November 2023 (which was received on 29 November 2023), approved Teladan’s application for the Proposed Transfer under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and under the equity requirement for public listed companies.
Further, in compliance with sub-paragraph 2A.2 under Practice Note 22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, additional information on the Company is set out in the enclosed attachment.
