Reference is made to the announcement dated 7 October 2022, whereby NovelPlus announced its intention to vary the utilisation of proceeds raised from the placement of 40,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company in conjunction with its listing on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 1 July 2021 (“IPO Placement”), amounting to RM2.58 million. Following the aforementioned announcement, NovelPlus wishes to further vary the utilisation of proceeds raised from the IPO Placement.
