We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PECCA by way of market making. The PECCA-CD is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The PECCA-CD is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The PECCA-CD is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023. The salient terms of the PECCA-CD are set out in the attachment.
