The Board of Directors of Astramina Group Berhad ("ASTRA" or "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 22 November 2023 received a notice of resignation dated 22 November 2023 from Mazars PLT (201706000496) (LLP0010622-LCA & AF001954) (“Mazars PLT”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 with effect from 22 November 2023.

Mazars PLT was re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the last Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 30 August 2023 to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company.

The Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matter that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of ASTRA.

The Company has nominated Ong & Wong Chartered Accountants (AF0241) of Unit C-20-5, Block C, 20th Floor, Megan Avenue II, 12, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, W. P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“Ong & Wong”) to be appointed as auditors of the Company subject to their consent to act.
