We refer to your Company’s announcements dated 6 November 2023 and 9 November 2023, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1)The period during which the Option to Purchase may be exercised and the date when this right commences and expires.
2)The approximate age and the amount of lettable space of each of the two factory buildings and one office building.
3)Basis of determining the Option Price.
4)The treatment of the Option Price in the event that the Option to Purchase is not exercised by FAH.
5)The encumbrances on the land, if any.

6)The monthly rental of the Land.

7)The name of the independent registered valuer, and the date & method of valuation.
