The Board of Directors of Euro wishes to announce that the Company and its subsidiaries, Eurosteel Line Sdn. Bhd., Euro Space Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., Euro Space System Sdn. Bhd., (“the Defendants”) had on 3 November 2023 received a Writ Summons and Statement of Claim dated 31 October 2023 and 30 October 2023 respectively, by Messrs. Han & Partners for Surian Creations Sdn. Bhd. (“the Plaintiff”).

The Company categorically denies any impropriety alleged/ insinuated by the Plaintiff through the action. In this regard, the Company will engage legal counsel (“Legal Counsel”) to defend the Company against the action filed by the Plaintiff.

The Company’s position is that the alleged claims made by the Plaintiff are vexatious, frivolous and without merit. The Company shall take all necessary steps to vigorously defend itself against the various claims and shall pursue all legal recourse available stemming from the action as appropriate.
