We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000.00 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DRBHCOM by way of market making. The DRBHCOMC3B is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The DRBHCOMC3B is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The DRBHCOMC3B is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023. The salient terms of the DRBHCOMC3B are set out in the attachment.
