On behalf of the Board of Directors of YOCB, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the Company had on 2 November 2023, entered into a conditional share sale agreement (“Conditional SSA”) with Wong Fun Ngian, Wong Fun Foong, Ang Teng Poh and Lim Ting Han, Eddie for the acquisition by YOCB of the 60.0% equity interest in T.C. Homeplus for a total purchase consideration of SGD10,949,985.60 (equivalent to approximately RM38,157,743) to be satisfied entirely via cash, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Conditional SSA.
