AT SYSTEMATIZATION BERHAD ("ATS" OR THE "COMPANY")

(I) PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION; AND
(II) PROPOSED SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION

(COLLECTIVELY, THE "PROPOSALS")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of ATS, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:


(i)         proposed consolidation of every 30 existing ordinary shares in ATS (“ATS Shares”) held by the shareholders of the Company on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later, into 1 ATS Share (“Proposed Share Consolidation”); and
 

(ii)         proposed reduction of the issued share capital of ATS pursuant to Section 116 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Proposed Share Capital Reduction”).
