The Board of Directors of GENM wishes to announce that Orient Star International Limited (“OSIL”), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company duly incorporated in the Bermuda, had been placed under member’s voluntary liquidation pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda on 25 October 2023.
The member’s voluntary liquidation of OSIL will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of the GENM group for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
