The Board of Directors of Y.S.P. Southeast Asia Holding Bhd. ("YSPSAH" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the ESOS of the Company will expire on 31 October 2023. The ESOS has been in force for a period of ten (10) years commencing from 1 November 2013 with an extension of three (3) years from 1 November 2020 until 31 October 2023 in accordance with the Bye-Laws of the ESOS. Upon the expiry of the ESOS, any option shares granted which have yet to be exercised shall be deemed cancelled and be null and void. Accordingly, the ESOS Committee will be dissolved. This announcement is dated 30 October 2023. |
