The Board of Directors of DNeX wishes to announce that Ping Petroleum Sdn. Bhd., a business unit under the Company’s energy division held via DNeX Energy Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had on 27 October 2023 entered into a contract with Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) in relation to the production of petroleum and abandonment of petroleum facilities of Abu Cluster, which is located approximately 250km from the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
