We refer to the announcements dated 15 April 2022, 5 May 2022, 29 September 2022, 6 October 2022, 31 October 2022, 13 April 2023, 19 May 2023, 20 October 2023 and 26 October 2023 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”) as well as the circulars to shareholders of the Company dated 13 May 2022 and 18 March 2023 (“Circulars”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circulars shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Private Placement has been completed following the listing of 20,000,000 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 27 October 2023. The Company has decided not to place out the remaining 20,359,700 Placement Shares under the Private Placement.

The Company raised total proceeds of approximately RM7.44 million from the Private Placement.
