We refer to the announcements dated 31 July 2023, 8 August 2023, 10 August 2023, 11 August 2023, 5 September 2023 and 11 October 2023 in relation to the Share Consolidation (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Green Ocean’s existing number of 2,111,592,400 Shares will be consolidated into 211,159,233 Consolidated Shares after 5.00 p.m. today pursuant to the Share Consolidation.

The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 27 October 2023.
