The Board of Directors of TDEX wishes to inform that TDEX intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

The Proposed Amendments are mainly to streamline the Constitution with the relevant regulatory requirements as well as to enhance administrative efficiency. 

The Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 containing the details of the Proposed Amendments will be announced on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website and published on the Company's website in due course.
