Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 08 March 2023, 20 March 2023, 12 May 2023, 8 June 2023, 30 August 2023 and 29 September 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of Advancecon wishes to announce that the Court has dismissed Enclosure 1 with cost of RM15,000.00 to each Defendant on 11.10.2023.
The Court agreed that the 2nd Defendant is not required to hold at least 10% of the total paid share of the Company to issue the notice requisitioning the Board to convene the EGM and as such the EGM was properly convened and carried out.
