The Board of Directors of REDtone wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of and New Shareholders' Mandates for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Twenty-First Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid proposal will be uploaded in due course onto the Company's website at https://www.redtone.com together with the Company's 2023 Annual Report, and upon request, despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
