The GENTINGC2U is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 April 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 May 2023, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 23 August 2023 and the Term Sheet for the GENTINGC2U dated 9 October 2023.

The GENTINGC2U is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the GENTINGC2U is set out in the attachment.
