The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

We refer to the earlier announcement dated 13 September 2023 and 22 September 2023 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 27 September 2023 ("Approval Letter"), resolved to approve the listing and quotation for up to 321,531,043 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The above approval by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:-

i.          UOBKH and DNeX must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

ii.          UOBKH is required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

iii.         UOBKH is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

iv.         Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
