We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 20,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GENTING by way of market making.

The GENTINGC2S is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GENTINGC2S is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022. The GENTINGC2S is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2022. The obligations of MCSM under GENTINGC2S are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022.
