We refer to the prospectus of MYMBN dated 30 June 2023 in relation to the MYMBN’s initial public offering (“Prospectus”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus.

With reference to the letter received from Inland Revenue Board dated 21 February 2023 and 5 September 2023 in relation to the tax audit on MBN Enterprise for FYE 2018 to FYE 2021 (“Tax Audit Findings”), the Board wishes to announce that MBN Enterprise had on 8 September 2023, agreed on the Tax Audit Findings and for a total additional tax payments of RM16,056.73 (inclusive of penalties).
