Dato' Indera Lim Keong Hui had a deemed interest in the GENM shares disposed of by KHIL by virtue of him being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of KHIL. As such, PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust was deemed interested in the GENM shares held by KHIL.
