Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 31 October 2022, 1 December 2022, 3 January 2023, 31 January 2023, 1 March 2023, 6 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023, 1 June 2023, 3 July 2023 and 1st August 2023.
There has been no material development on the PN17 status as previously announced by the Company.
The Company is formulating a regularisation plan pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements. The Company has approximately 2 months to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval. Further developments on the above matter will be announced accordingly by the Company.
