Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad ("SOPB" or "Company") wishes to announce that it has offered the options under the Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") to the eligible directors of SOPB Group.
