Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on April 17, 2023 in relation to submission to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”) of an application for strike off of Farlim Maju Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199501011800 (341002-W)] (“FMSB” or “the Subsidiary”), a dormant subsidiary of the Company from the Register of SSM.

Farlim wishes to announce that FMSB has been struck off from the Register of SSM following publication in the Gazette by SSM pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016 on August 10, 2023 which appears in the website of SSM on August 23, 2023.         

The striking-off of FMSB does not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets per share of the Company for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
