Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 28 February 2023 and 2 March 2023 pertaining to the MOU entered between Leader and NVSB. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as defined in the aforesaid announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcements made on 28 February 2023 and 2 March 2023.
Further announcement on the status of the MOU will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
