We wish to announce that the HSI-CL5 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 July 2023 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Level of 19,780.00 was determined based on the final settlement price for settling the corresponding spot-month index future contracts on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is lower than HSI-CL5's Exercise Level of 21,515.00, holders of HSI-CL5 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-CL5 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the HSI-CL5 shall terminate absolutely.
