The DSONIC-C58 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 18 May 2023 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The DSONIC-C58 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 25 May 2023 and the Term Sheet dated 28 July 2023.
The DSONIC-C58 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 25 May 2023.
