Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 2 March 2023 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
The Board of Directors of ASTRA wishes to announce that the Company and the Vendors have mutually agreed to extend the exclusivity period of the BTS, which will expire on 30 June 2023, for an additional period of 60 days commencing from 1 July 2023 until 30 August 2023, for the parties to enter into the Definitive Agreement in respect of the Proposed Acquisition.
